Just remember that returns initiated after 30 days may not be eligible for a full refund, so it’s always best to check in sooner rather than later.

What’s Returnable
Not everything can be returned, though, and we want to be clear about what you can send back. If your Luxevoo furniture is unused, in its original packaging, and still has the tags attached, you’re good to go! However, if it’s been used or shows signs of wear, we may not be able to accept it back. We aim to make sure each piece finds a loving home, so please consider this before sending it our way.
What’s Final Sale
Some items, unfortunately, cannot be returned at all. This includes custom orders, personalized items, and items marked as final sale. If you’re unsure whether an item qualifies, just check the product description or reach out to us! We want to ensure you know what to expect ahead of time, so there are no surprises.
Refund Method & Timeline
When it comes to refunds, we want to make it as smooth as possible. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund. You can expect to see the funds back in your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Keep in mind that your bank might take a little longer, depending on their processing times. If you paid via gift card, the refund will be issued as a store credit to your Luxevoo account.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, that’s certainly not how we want your experience to be! Please take pictures of the item and the packaging, and send them our way through our contact page. We’ll work quickly to rectify the situation, whether that means sending you the right item or providing a replacement for something damaged. Return Shipping
When it comes to shipping costs for returns, usually the responsibility falls on the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, just to be safe. That way, if something goes awry during transit, you can easily track it down.
